Dear Church,

Let us trust God Through Every Season!

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight." (Prov. 3: 5-6)

When the future seems uncertain, our first calling is not to seek answers but to seek the Lord, trusting that His presence will guide us one step at a time. Life is a journey of both joy and struggle. August is a significant month for many families. For some, it brings the anticipation of A-level and GCSE results. For others, it opens the door to new opportunities or calls for important decisions about the future. For many, it is a season of celebration and new beginnings. Yet for others, it may be a time of concern, marked by health challenges, hospital appointments, or the responsibilities of caring for loved ones. 

Life reminds us that we all walk different paths. While one family may be rejoicing over exam success or a new beginning, another may be facing difficult news, waiting for test results, or supporting a loved one through illness. As Christians, we are called to share in one another's joys and burdens, remembering that no one should face life's challenges alone. The Bible encourages us, "Carry each other's burdens, and in this way, you will fulfil the law of Christ." (Gal. 6:2).

To those receiving exam results this month, remember that your worth is never measured by grades. Whether your results exceed your expectations or leave you feeling disappointed, God loves you unconditionally and has a purpose for your life. Trust Him as you take the next step, knowing that there are many paths through which He can lead and bless you.

To those living with illness, recovering from treatment, or caring for a family member, please know that you are not forgotten. Our church family continues to pray for you, and we pray that you will know God's strength, comfort, and peace in every circumstance. As a church community, may we be attentive to those around us. We are never more like Christ than when we walk alongside one another with compassion and love.

May God bless everyone in our church family. May we continue to be a church that offers hope, encouragement, and the love of Christ to all.
