ADBC Church Audit 2010
As you may know, over the next three years I am required by the Baptist Union of Great Britain to complete a program of study as a Newly Accredited Minister (NAM). As part of this I am required this year to complete a church audit. It would greatly assist me in this task to get the views of as many people in the church as possible. But not only is this an academic exercise, it will also help us to assess where we are as a church and how we can make the most of the opportunities for growth.
The following questions are designed to help us get a clear picture of how YOU view Ashurst Drive Baptist Church. The more people that complete the questionnaire, the more accurate the picture is likely to be. It is important that you answer the questions below honestly because they will form part of the audit which will also include a plan of action.
The questions below will help us to access the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats we have as a church. This is known as a "SWOT" analysis. This is not a space for you to air grievances but is a place to give honest opinions. So please try not to be too pessimistic or to look at things through rose tinted spectacles – instead, be real.
